It was the last shot also for the film of KFC Productions Kannada film produced by Kishore. MR Kapil director of the film also made arrangements for the birthday celebration of actor, producer and director Jai Jagadish.

Jai Jagadish leading this ‘Phalitamsha’ also, the cast includes Victory Vasu, Gubbi Nataraj, Bhagyasri, Susheel Babu, Shanker Bhat, Ramu Kanagal, Girish, Deepti, Umashanker, Apoorva, Meenakshi, Manjula, Suchindra Prasad, Kumari Soundarya, Krishnaveni, Pooja, Master Bharat, Tejas, Hemanth and others are in the cast.
